Dawson County Family Connection is a county collaborative non-profit that works together to improve conditions for children and families in Dawson County as part of the statewide Georgia Family Connection network. The Family Connection Coordinator position is responsible for planning, facilitating, coordinating and advancing the work addressing community-driven priorities identified by Dawson County Family Connection (DCFC) while preserving the integrity of the local Collaborative and the Georgia Family Connection (GaFCP) statewide network.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, public health, social work, or closely related field) or preferably at least four years’ experience in a human service delivery or other community-based programs, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant must possess a valid Georgia driver license and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
