The City of Commerce is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer.

The City of Commerce is a community of over 6,000 located near the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains, 90 minutes north of Atlanta along I-85. Our Police Department consists of 21 sworn officer positions. We are seeking a POST Certified Officer to join our department. The starting salary for the position is $38,443.90/yr. Officers are allowed a take home vehicle if residency is within a 25 mile radius.

Chosen applicants must pass a series of pre-employment tests and interviews and successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation.
