Listing Summary

This is a full-time FLSA non-exempt position. The position is responsible for performing various tasks and handling various responsibilities at Dacula City Hall. These include:


• Operating Dacula’s multiline phone system
• Responsible for complex clerical work of an administrative nature

• Ability to utilize independent judgement, initiative, and discretion when responding to citizens’ requests and concerns on the telephone and in person
• Performs other related duties as required.

Desired Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an office environment, which includes operation of a multiline phone system. Must also have basic knowledge to begin working on minimal clerical duties, after some training, with little supervision. Salary range for this position is from $35,000 to $41,000. Actual starting salary within this range is dependent upon applicant’s qualifications.
