This position is lead position responsible for overseeing crews involved in repairing and maintaining roads, drainage systems, and/or water collection/distribution systems. Work may involve: maintaining, repairing, and operating light and heavy construction equipment; repairing water distribution/collection systems and appurtenances such as water mains, service lines, meters, fire hydrants, valves, sewer mains, sewer service lines, man holes, and lift stations; and/or repairing and maintaining roads and drainage systems.

The work is medium work and requires exerting: up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; up to 30 pounds of force frequently; and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
