Serving under the supervision of the DeKalb County Board of Registration & Elections, this department is charged with maintaining the Electors List for all registered voters in DeKalb and the conduct of elections for the county and municipalities located within the county. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Services Manager will take the lead in ensuring that administrative operations are managed with consistency, efficiency, and excellence. They will work closely with senior managers to design, implement, and maintain modern processes, policies, and systems in support of the department’s mission.

They will have a strong customer service orientation and an unwavering commitment to integrity and transparency. Candidates for this position will need robust financial and budgeting backgrounds and knowledge of human resource management practices, with at least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience, including at least two (2) years of program management and supervisory experience.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, accounting, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative services, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field. The successful candidate must also maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job will be considered.

DeKalb County is offering a salary range of $85,658 to $104,133 for this position and a generous benefits package.
