A pre-proposal conference will be held on-site at the Threadmill Complex (5000 Austell Powder Powder Springs Road, Suite 147, Austell GA 30106) on September 20, 2023 beginning at 10:00 am.

Questions and clarification requests must be received by 3:00 PM ET, October 4, 2023.
