This position performs technical duties in the maintenance of city buildings and facilities.

Performs equipment safety inspections.

Operates a variety of vehicles and equipment.

Maintains and repairs city buildings and equipment.

Installs or makes minor carpentry repairs, repairs to minor electrical and plumbing and HVAC systems.

Engages in various indoor and outdoor painting activities.

Installs or makes repairs to various carpet and flooring systems.

Performs other duties as assigned and cross-trains with other city departments.
