Macon Bibb County Municipal Court is seeking to fill the position of Deputy Municipal Court Clerk (Operations/Data Entry). The Deputy Municipal Court Clerk is responsible for processing and maintaining Macon Bibb Municipal Court documents, including the Court’s invoices and annual budget materials, and assisting with duties related to entering citations, running driver and criminal histories (if needed), entering warrants, prioritizing caseloads, monitoring case status, and assisting judges.
The Deputy Municipal Court Clerk (Operations/Data Entry) should possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, with four (4) years’ experience in a professional office setting with cash register and cash management experience, and four (4) years of customer service experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experiences which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
