The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia seeks candidates for the position of SPLOST (Special Local Option Sales Tax) Capital Projects Administrator.  The purpose of this job is to develop and administer the functions of SPLOST and TSPLOST funded capital improvement programs to include management and coordination of all program (multi-project and multi-program) level planning, reporting, and authorized financial functions; and to perform and/or ensure all project level planning and implementation to complete projects in accordance with the SPLOST and TSPLOST Law and all applicable ACC Policies and Procedures.
