The Associate Director for Finance and Administration is responsible for the leadership and management of the Institute of Government’s financial and administrative operations, across multiple locations, including financial planning and oversight, strategic business planning, resource allocation, internal controls, quality improvement, facilities, and human resources related matters. This position leads the Administration Division which consists of 16 employees who provide financial, human resources, information technology, and facilities management services to over 250 faculty, staff, and student employees. This position also serves as a member of Executive Committee providing guidance and support to the senior leadership team on strategic and operational matters.
