The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Recreation Director.
The position of Recreation Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing recreational programs and activities in Twiggs County, educating staff members on how to lead newly developed activities and events, and overseeing the employees in the recreation department. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in sports management, turf management, public administration, or a related field or at least three years of progressive related experience.
The Middle Georgia Regional Commission will be receiving all application materials and will conduct the initial screening for these positions. Positions will remain open until filled.
