The City of Hinesville is accepting applications for an Accounting Technician in the finance department. This position performs a variety of technical accounting functions in support of city finance operations, and is responsible for reviewing, inputting, and processing accounts payable invoices semi-monthly for the City of Hinesville, the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority (HDDA) and the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission (LCPC).

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and two to five years’ experience or service in the field. The minimum starting salary for the position is $37,283.42 plus an excellent benefits package.
