Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on August 14, 2024, for all work required for stabilizing the properties at 132 and 138 Pine Street as well as 126 North Washington Street which includes abatement, demolition, cleaning, stabilization, and repairing the envelope including roofing, and exterior skin in order to eliminate water intrusion and all associated work as required in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents.
