Position: POST Certified Police Officer

Location: City of Warm Springs

Responsibilities:

• Enforce local, state, and federal laws
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for service
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records
• Engage with the community to build trust and foster positive relationships
• Patrol assigned areas to maintain public safety and order
• Participate in training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid POST certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to ethical conduct and public service
