Summary: This is a non-supervisory position responsible for the enforcement of municipal codes and ordinances dealing with sanitation-related occurrences and nuisances.
Enforces municipal ordinances and codes relating to sanitation, animal control, nuisance odors, illegal dumping of waste, and other regulations pertaining to the disposal of regulated refuse of any kind;
Writes and delivers explanations to offenders regarding the nature of the offense, and levies fines as prescribed by regulation;
Educates the public and conducts awareness programs on regulations regarding sanitation-related occurrences and nuisances;
