Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive proposals for consulting services for civil engineering and landscape architecture design, permitting and construction observation assistance for the Camden County Multi-Use Sports “Old Soccer” Complex Renovations Project. The Camden County Multi-Use Sports Complex includes parcels 121–020B, 121–020A, 121K–038A, & 121K–038B totaling 17.55 acres located in St. Marys, Georgia. The County is seeking a design and engineering firm with broad experience, to provide design and construction supervision for this project. All project activities will be coordinated with designated County staff.
Sealed proposals must be received at the office of the Purchasing Officer, P.O. Box 99, 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, referencing CAMDEN COUNTY MULTI-USE SPORTS COMPLEX DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES #P25-1320-03, at which time they will be opened and proposers name publicly read. No proposal shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
