The City of Loganville Police Department is accepting applications for a full-time Police Terminal Agency Coordinator (GCIC TAC). This is a non-sworn position and will be responsible for completing all GCIC duties including clearing and entering warrants, vehicles, stolen articles, missing persons, and other information as necessary; completing monthly validation reports; processing criminal history requests for general public and other law enforcement agencies, maintaining current GCIC/NCIC manuals; testing and recertification of all terminal operators; managing the Agency GCIC function in accordance with GCIC/NCIC manuals and operations bulletins.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Experience and certification as a GCIC Terminal Agency Coordinator, working in a governmental or public safety enviornment and basic knowledge of police procedures. Knowledge of law enforcement specific database programs desired.
