The Southern Georgia Regional Commission (SGRC) is seeking a Workforce Development Programs Manager to lead regional workforce initiatives. This full-time role involves managing grant-funded programs, developing training and career pathways, and fostering relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience required.  Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.  Experience with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs preferred.
