Lieutenant- A minimum of five years of related experience, including a minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
Possess GA Driver’s License (or be able to obtain one)
Ability to meet current requirements set forth by the Police Standards and Training Council for the State of Georgia and/or academy admittance to pursuant to Georgia Law

BENEFITS:
Base pay for Lieutenant- $23.68-33.15 (based on years of experience)
Shift differential pay $2.00 more per hour for night shift
Sign-on bonus:
Certified officers $1,500 with a two-year contract after FTO
Retirement – with only a 2% contribution required, fully vested after 5 yrs
Insurance – City pays 85% of employee and 50% of family coverage
POAB – City pays 100%
Deferred Comp. (401\457) – after 1 year City matches up to 3%
Vacation buyback at end of year up to 1 week (43hrs)
