CITY ATTORNEY, PINE LAKE, GA

The City of Pine Lake is seeking qualified candidates to perform the duties of City Attorney. The successful candidate will be a Member of the Georgia Bar and will possess demonstrated and significant experience in all facets of municipal law. The successful candidate will serve as legal advisor for all officials, departments, and designated officers employed by or contracted with the City. Duties shall not include service as a Solicitor or prosecutor of cases in the Municipal Court. Compensation will be based on a negotiated and contracted rate and the City Attorney shall not be considered to be an employee or the City. 

Interested and qualified attorneys are encouraged to immediately submit a statement of interest and a preliminary proposal for consideration by the governing body to the attention of citymanager@pinelakega.net. This material will then be copied and distributed to the members of the governing body for their deliberation. This position will be open until filled.
