Responsibilities:
- Work with maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Strive to improve and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed
- Maintenance and repairs to water system, including installation of meters, meter-reading, and flushing hydrants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Other duties as assigned

- Backhoe/Heavy Equipment Experience
- Plumbing Maintenance and Repair
- Electrical Maintenance and Repair
- Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
- Small Engine Repair
- Ability to read plans and technical specifications
- Organizational Skills
