The City of Metter is accepting applications for Street & Lane/Sanitation Supervisor for the Public Works Department.  Minimum qualifications include the following:

 

1. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position
2. At least 7 years’ experience working in Public Works
3. High school diploma or its equivalent
4. Possession of a Commercial Drivers’ License

 

Applications are available at City Hall at 49 South Rountree Street, Metter, Georgia.  Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a. m. until 5:00 p. m.  Applications will be accepted until March 21, 2025 or until the position is filled.

 

The current salary range is $52,058.44 to $79,213.07.

 

All job applicants being considered for employment shall be required to pass a drug and alcohol- screening test prior to being hired.
