Listing Summary

Tri-County is a municipally owned natural gas distribution company that is seeking a Customer Service person to join our team. This position involves the daily functions of the office including but not limited to: handling all incoming customer calls and questions, processing payments from customers, resolving customer complaints, relaying emergency calls to appropriate staff, following policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers, and complete other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements -The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Skills Good decision-making abilities, highly capable of multi-tasking, excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits – Tri-County Natural Gas offers a competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be based on applicant’s experience.
