25-62, Consulting Services for an Impact Fee Study

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting a technical cost proposal from qualified firms to conduct a study of enacting impact fees for parks and recreation, public safety (including E-911), and roads (transportation improvements).  The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. 

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on April 21, 2025Late proposals will not be considered nor returned.  Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253.  Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga).  Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
