Supervisor, School Nutrition Menus and Wellness
Starting Salary Range: $71,349 - $86,566 (Step 1 - 11 depending upon verifiable work experience)

Summary
Plans School Nutrition Program menus for a large school district; Completes a nutrient analysis of all menus and recipes; Plans and coordinates a wellness program to be implemented at all elementary, middle and high schools; Assists with product selection and bid development for foods to be used in the School Nutrition Program
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with the ability to earn Masters Degree within time period mandated by State
Certification/Licensure
Must be a registered dietitian
Must hold or be eligible for Clear Renewable Certificate or Non-Renewable Professional Certificate for School Nutrition Director as defined by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC)
Experience Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service operations or a public school setting and 3 additional years of related food service experience required
