Under general direction of the Senior Planner, independently coordinates the administrative and technical elements of various boards staffed by the Community Development Department, including, but not limited to, the Design Review Board, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Historic Preservation Commission, and the performance of legal and administrative duties related to the Public Hearing Process; prepares agendas and meeting rooms and performs related duties as may be needed for the department.
