The City of Covington is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Office Coordinator in the Human Resources Department with a starting annual salary of $50,356.80 to a maximum annual salary of $76,985.60 depending upon qualifications. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions within the Human Resources Department to include, but are not limited to: recruitment of new employees, training, policy administration, benefit/compensation administration, and health/wellness programs under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director. Minimum education and experience requirements include an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Public or Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred), minimum of four years of work experience in human resources, employee benefits, or a closely related field, and must possess or be able to obtain a Certified Advance Human Resources Certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM) within established time frame, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
