Records Clerk

Job Summary: This position provides administrative support to all divisions and is responsible for maintaining files, manuals, and databases, distributing mail, preparing correspondence and reports, answering phone calls, and performing other administrative tasks as requested. Work includes a wide variety of clerical and general office duties in the Police and Fire Departments.


Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; some college course work preferred; two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The applicant must be able to pass a criminal and driver history background review and a drug screen.

Salary $12.00 per hour
