POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent assists the Aquatics Facility Supervisor in monitoring all guests and providing customer service while inside the aquatic facility area. The incumbent assists with clean-up and ensures the facility area is free of trash and debris at all times. The incumbent also performs facility cleaning of floors, decks, locker rooms/restrooms.
SCHEDULE: Varies, hours are Monday – Sunday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
STATUS: Part-time seasonal, up to 30 hours per week

At least 15 years of age.
MANDATORY CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
CPR/First Aid or have ability to obtain certification.

Complexity: Work requires analysis and judgment in accomplishing diversified duties. Work requires the exercise of independent thinking within the limits of guidelines, policies, standards, and precedents.
Scope and Effect: The purpose of this position is to perform duties to assure a safe and efficient aquatic program and facility.
Personal Contacts: Contacts are typically with coworkers, the public, city employees, elected officials, and other local governmental officials.

Physical Demands: The incumbent is regularly required to perform duties that require manual dexterity. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
