DIRECTOR OF UTILITY OPERATIONS, UTILITIES

Candidate oversees the daily operations of natural gas, water, wastewater, utility locate, asphalt, water treatment and wastewater treatment. Projects the budgets for these areas and follow up on issues. Handles all disciplinary actions in the Operations Departments. Provides direct management over department superintendents and affected area of service. Works with superintendents to develop, plan and implement goals and objectives. Works with superintendents to develop and manage annual department budgets. Insures that all departments are working within their budgets.
