The City of Port Wentworth Facilities Maintenance Department is currently seeking qualified applicants for maintenance. Qualified applicants must have knowledge of general building maintenance, carpentry, or construction projects, paint interior/exterior surfaces, install, adjust, and repair doors and hardware, replace windows, doors, and glass panes, lubricate hardware, and will assemble, repair, install or move tables, cabinets, shelving, or furniture. The chosen applicant will be required to submit to a background check, physical examination, and drug testing. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid driver’s license, at least one year experience in Maintenance.
