City ok Kingsland is submitting this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract for the professional services of a Certified Public Accountant (the "auditor") for financial and compliance audits.  The contract will be for five consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ended 2022, and ending with the fiscal year ended 2026, subject to annual review and the annual availability of an appropriation for audit services by the government entity.
