Comprehensive Plan Amendment Update
Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to update the currently adopted 2040 Comprehensive Plan for Henry County in accordance with all the rules of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Office of Planning and Quality Growth, and associated State and Federal laws for the 5 year update. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on December 12, 2022. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
