Spalding County is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms, meaning a Prequalified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration, to provide materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary (including traffic control) for paving, resurfacing and striping work on various roadways in Spalding County for a TSPLOST RESURFACING PHASE II (2023) Project.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00AM in Room 108 of the Spalding County Annex. The purpose of this meeting will be to provide those interested with an oral presentation of Spalding County’s requirements and to allow for the presentation of questions. Although attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, all interested parties are ‘strongly’ urged to attend, as important requirements will be discussed, and attendance is part of the evaluation criteria. No other meeting is planned.
