The Development Authority of Elbert County, City of Elberton, and City of Bowman is a duly organized and active, joint development authority composed of unified and committed local government and business community leaders dedicated to the economic growth of our community.
Additional key responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining an economic development strategy; oversight of properties managed by the Development Authority; and fiscal accountability and administration of the organization. The professional will serve as the authority's leader to prepare and market Elbert County for economic development projects considering a potential location to create new jobs and increase the community's tax base.
