The Distribution Engineer position is responsible to provide technical assistance in the design and construction of the Cooperative’s distribution system and provide input in the areas of possible improvement to existing facilities; serve as the point of contact for large consumers within the district with ongoing construction, expansion, or adjustment needs related to the Cooperative’s distribution system; provide technical assistance to consumers, provide supervision for section personnel assigned; work in a team-oriented environment and provide the leadership and vision consistent with the mission of the Cooperative.

The starting salary for the position will be based upon the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate; starting salary is expected to be in the range of $85,000-$95,000. The Cooperative offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, vision and life insurance, excellent retirement plan, paid time off and negotiable relocation expenses.
