Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the core financial functions and computer systems of the City including overall financial management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, procurement, internal auditing and financial record keeping. This position is under the direct supervision of the City Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Administration or closely related field; Master’s degree preferred; CPA certification required; minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in an upper supervisory management position; equivalent combination of education and experience.
