Job Summary: 

This position is responsible for directing and managing the procurement of goods and services for the City as well as the Fleet Division.  Purchasing duties include recommending, seeking approval for, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures to govern the acquisition of a wide range of supplies, equipment and services. This position is all responsible for managing the repair and replacement of city vehicles and equipments. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred; a minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.
